Governance responsibilities

The governing body is responsible for the organization's direction, compliance with Albanian law, oversight of finances and safeguarding, and the approval of policies.

Decision-making

Decisions are taken in accordance with the organization's statute. A summary of decision-making procedures will be published once confirmed.

Members of the governing body and staff should declare any personal interest that could affect their decisions and step back from related discussions.
